About Us

International Commercial and Project Solutions was established in Perth, Western Australia by Tim Walker in order to provide commercial and project management services to operators, engineering consultants and contractors in the oil and gas, mining and civil engineering industries which operate in the global environment.

Tim Walker
Position : Director

Tim has over 20 years experience in the offshore oil and gas, civil engineering and construction industries and has held a range of senior commercial and project services roles with major international organizations. He has worked in the United Kingdom, Central and South East Asia and Australia with a wide variety of international clients.

Through his experience working in a wide range of locations and with many different cultures, Tim has developed excellent communication, interpersonal, management and organizational skills, which are essential in today's global market.

Tim has an excellent understanding of business economics, including budgetary and financial controls and risk management strategies. In addition Tim has developed a high level of legal understanding and contractual competence gained through a range of post-graduate qualifications and challenging commercial experience.

Don Gillies

Position : Director

Don is an experienced Manager within Operator E&P. Senior roles managing Business Services Teams, Project Services Teams, Project Controls Teams and Integrated EPC Teams. Development Planning support with input across all areas but specifically in Contracting Strategy, Planning and Cost. 

Don has an excellent understanding of all aspects of concept development and selection, cost, scheduling, finance, contracts, risk management, corporate / risk / work management systems.  In addition Don has worked in all phases of projects and using most work models (EPC, EPCM, EPCC, Integrated Team, Owner Team, etc.) is able to adapt to new environments.
