Tim Walker
Position : Director
Tim has over 20 years experience in the offshore oil and gas, civil engineering and construction industries and has held a range of senior commercial and project services roles with major international organizations. He has worked in the United Kingdom, Central and South East Asia and Australia with a wide variety of international clients.
Through his experience working in a wide range of locations and with many different cultures, Tim has developed excellent communication, interpersonal, management and organizational skills, which are essential in today's global market.
Tim has an excellent understanding of business economics, including budgetary and financial controls and risk management strategies. In addition Tim has developed a high level of legal understanding and contractual competence gained through a range of post-graduate qualifications and challenging commercial experience.

Rob Radici
Position: Senior Associate
Rob holds an Honours degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. Since graduating, Rob has gained a wide range of commercial and contractual experience in the building, civil engineering, mining and minerals and the onshore and offshore oil and gas industries.
Rob has worked for a number of major international engineering and construction contractors on significant Australian and international projects. In addition, Rob has worked in a corporate risk management team and this combined experience has enabled him to develop a high level of expertise in commercial management, contract negotiation and administration, with a particular focus upon insurance and risk management.
As a consequence of his experience, Rob has the ability to interact, manage and negotiate in a wide variety of commercial situations.

Paul Mason
Position: Project Services/Commercial Manager
Paul commenced his career in the United Kingdom, where he qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
He now has almost 30 years experience, having worked for major international consultants and contractors in the civil engineering, mining and mineral and oil and gas industries. Paul has worked in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Australia and he has held a number of senior project services and contract management positions throughout his career.
Paul is a popular and capable team leader and he has a demonstrated capability to manage teams on both large projects or across a number of smaller projects.

Susan Masson
Position: Human Resources Manager
Susan has extensive human resources experience in the engineering industry, and has worked for some of the major contractors in Perth. She holds an MA degree from Aberdeen University, along with a Graduate Diploma of Business majoring in Human Resource Management.
Susan's role within ICP Solutions is twofold. Firstly, she is responsible for HR Management relating to ICP Solutions staff, including employee development and training; employee communications; policy development; employee relations; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and compensation and benefits administration.
Secondly, Susan is responsible for Client liaison, and the management of Permanent Staff and Contract placements.
