Contracts Administrator (Ref 236)

Contracts Administrator is required for a global Oil & Gas organisation based in Perth CBD on a 6 - 9 month contract.


Reporting to the Project Services Manager, the main duties of the role are;



  • Facilitate, negotiate and manage Master Service Agreements

  • Liaise and assist with preperation of service contracts

  • Maintain contracts registerand contractual compliance documentation

  • Verification of contractor progress payment claims and approval of invoices

The ideal candidate will possess;



  • 2-5 years experience in a similar position

  • Oil & Gas experience preferred

  • Good communication skills
Project Planner (Ref 254)

Our client is a world leading oil & gas operator and explorer.  The position will be part of the project team working alongside both Upstream & Downstream planning teams from design to constructions phases.


This is a longterm contract position, reporting to the Lead Project Planner the key responsibilities of the position are;



  • Maintain the overall project schedule, both onshore and offshore

  • Ensure planning interfaces exist between various business units

  • Provide planning services and support including planning analysis and reporting

  • Provide schedule information to resolve conflicts

  • Monitor and report on status of key interface milestones between project disciplines

The successful candidate will ideally have;



  • 5-8 years Planning experience

  • 3-5 years oil & gas/resources experience

  • Extensive experience with Primavera

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Quantity Surveyor (Ref 253)

Our client is a multi-national Oil & Gas organisation.  They are currently involved with major projects around Western Australia and they have over 80 years of experience globally.


The group have future plans of consolidating their position as a world leader with huge exploration programs over the next couple of years.


This role reports into the Senior Contracts Engineer of the project and the main duties of the position are:



  • Cost Estimating and Quantity Surveying

  • Completing project Bill of Quantities

  • Developing and maintaining estimating database

  • Contract variations

  • Site inspections and liaison with internal and external stakeholders

The succesful candidate will possess:



  • 3-5 years experience within a QS role

  • 3-5 years of Oil & Gas or EPCM industry experience

  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with CostX would be advantageous
Senior Contracts Engineer - Oil & Gas (239)

Our client is a multinational Oil & Gas operator based in the Perth CBD.  They are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Engineer to provide support and assistance across a range of projects and operations.


The role also has input into contract strategy development; prepartion of standards and procedures; assistance with general contract and commercial issues.  The role reports into the Contract Functional Manager and he is looking to get the right candidate started on a 12 month contract initially.

LEAD/SENIOR PLANNER - O&G OPERATOR - 12 MTHS + CONTRACT BASIS (Ref 201)

Our Client has a requirement for an experienced Planner to provide services as follows:

Role:

  • Lead or Senior Planner level with development/pre-FID experience
  • Manage the planning team across various onshore and offshore opportuntities
  • High level strategic planning
  • Coordination of schedule basis memoranda, schedules, schedule risk analysis, assurance planning
  • Development of level 1 planning strategies for management review
  • Coordination of monthly reporting status

Profile:

  • 10-15 years oil/gas experience, ideally including LNG
  • Self-starter and ability to manage a team

 

PROJECT SERVICES & PROJECT CONTROLS CONSULTANTS (Ref 160)

Increasingly, ICP Solutions has opportunities for personnel to provide short term consultancy scopes.

These scopes of work typically suit individuals who:

  • enjoy a diverse range of short term challenges with a variety of different clients and projects; or
  • are either recently retired or semi-retired; or
  • want to work shorter hours due to family or other commitments.

Ideally you will be available on an ad hoc basis, either part-time or full-time, for periods of between 2 to 4 months.

Work is typically performed in the Clients or ICP Solutions offices. However, where practicable it may be possible to work from home.

Candidates with a project management, contracts, procurement, planning, cost or estimating background and with recent experience in either the oil & gas, energy or mining & minerals sectors are encouraged to contact us.
