Role:

• Manage and develop cost control team (~10).

             Ensure the following deliverables:

• Timely and accurate reporting of cost commitments and project performance both internally and to clients.
• Provide advice and corrective actions to Project Managers.
• Supervise the set up of the Cost Control System, project procedures, CBS/WBS and initial budgets.
• Estimate the impact of changes and modifications on project cost and potential revenue claimable from the client (LSTK and Reimbursable).
• Analyse Risks & Opportunities (Cost Sensitivity Analysis).
• Follow up the commitments vs the current budgets.
• Estimate the overall costs and quantities to end of the project .
• Deliver the Cost Control reports - internal and external.
• Provide feedback to the Estimating Department.
• Prepare Closing Report and issue Lessons Learned.

Profile:

• Degree qualified - Commerce/Business/Construction Management/Engineering or significant relevant experience.
• O&G experience - ideally onshore, offshore & subsea along with exposure to a range of different project structures including EPIC, EPCM, LSTK, Alliances, JV's & Consortiums .

Immediate requirement for a Tendering Manager to assume responsibility for the tendering function of the subsea division.

Role:

• Oversee tender preparation including reviewing all prequalifications and tender proposals and the necessary management reviews.
• Attend tender clarification meetings with clients and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
• Ensure the bid review process complies with all internal procedures.
• Protect the commercial and contractual position of the company.

Profile:

• QS or Commerce degree or significant relevant experience eg Project Engineer.
• Sound industry experience, including pipelay, diving, flexible pipe supply/ installation and subsea construction works.

• Preparation of tender pricing and commercial clarifications to prospective clients including post submission clarification and negotiation, whilst ensuing that commercial, contractual and financial principles and procedures are adhered to.

Profile:

• Experience in an Estimating, Contracts or Cost Engineer role in the oil & gas industry (ideally subsea construction).
